坐在那里心静下来忘记你在干什么忘记周围的东西忘记你的职业忘记你的教育忘记你的家庭忘记你的妻子忘记你的孩子忘记你走过的路忘记你有什么于是你回到了本源那里非常平静那里一切都没有就象你从未来到这个世界在那里小息片刻吧你的心会得到安宁	Sitting there Calm your heart down Forget about what you are doing Forget about things that embrace you Forget about your profession Forget about your education Forget about your family Forget about your wife Forget about your children Forget about the roads which you have gone through Forget about what you have Then go back to the origin It is very quiet there Nothing is existing there As if you have never come into this world And it is your real home Take a little rest there Then your heart will have peace and quiet
